Duo Lungua— performed by vocalist & composer Natalia Merlano Gómez & trumpet-player David Aguila— presents an evening of boundary-pushing works for voice, trumpet, synths, and electronics.. Duo Lingua’s performance will explore unique timbres and soundscapes through looping layers of sound, quasi-improvised gestures, and computer-generated harmonies, in works composed by Merlano Gómez herself, Akari Komura, Ilana Waniuk, and Han Zhang.
